2. Custom Orders & Personalization

Many of our products, such as The Memory Platter and Ring Trinket Dishes, are custom-made based on the details you provide. It is your responsibility to ensure all names, dates, and spellings are correct at the time of order. Once production has begun on a personalized item, we cannot accept changes or cancellations.

3. Returns and Refunds

Because our commemorative plates and dishes are personalized specifically for you, custom items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

For non-customized items (such as our Sticker Pack), you have the right to return the item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at the.kiila.collection@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Product Usage

Our ceramic products are intended for decorative purposes only. They are not food-safe and should not be used for serving food or placed in a dishwasher or microwave.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Full payment is required before we begin designing or producing your custom piece.
